I have quickbooks business online and quickbooks accountant and I would like to get my quickbooks business account to work in quickbooks accountant.

First, can you share how you send an invitation to your QuickBooks Accountant using QuickBooks Online? Do you have the same email for both accounts? Did you also encounter any errors when adding an accountant to your QBO account? May I know why you've cleared the cache and are accessing through an incognito window?

If an invitation has been sent, accept it to join QuickBooks Online. You can do so by opening the email and selecting Let’s go! link to Sign in to your existing account.
