we have taken a licence of quick books online, how to use and how to access user in same company.when we login in our id the trail company is shown. kindly resolve asap

This is for a Homeowners Association.  It should be pretty simple.  We send invoices once per year.  The invoices are split into three income accounts.  Dues, Special Assessment and Trash.  When a check is received I "Receive Payment" and then they are deposited in the HOA bank account.  After the check clears I match it in QB Banking. Problem is that the QB balance is over double what it should be and what's in the bank.  QB seems to be recording each deposit twice and I don't know why.

We have sent an invoice to our customer from QB online and they paid with their credit card. We need to refund the transaction back to their card now. We never get the customer's cc info. We don't have the cc info to enter in the customer card details screen. How do we process this now? is there a way to just select the transaction and refund and QB will issue the refund back to whichever card they used? 

Please help me:I sold an item for 317.59 and Paypal charge. In which amount, I should calculate sales tax @2046_2%? Before deducting Paypal fee on 317.59 or after deducting Paypal fee on 303.54? Thanks in advance.

How can I delete all the posting and start with a fresh company?

Hey there, Just wanted to know that I wanted to enter the company name when we make the account. I missed it the first time and now when I go for the accountant version I have to put in the company. Can you let me know if there is a way to do that. Thanks
