I hit accept invite but it doesnt give me accountant log in, it goes back to my QB log in.   I want to be able to be the accountant for those two accounts to allow me to undo some reconciliations.  Not sure how I can accept the invite and sign up as an accountant?

Dear all I am kalinga from Sri Lanka, I registered for QBO Accountant -International Software last year, and now I want to sit for the QB Pro Advisor examination. In the sales receipt forms there are 3 shipping fields, Ship Via, Shipping Date and Tracking No. If I create a new invoice, open an existing invoice or payment for an invoice these fields are missing. I have the shipping setting turned on. I have seen several examples of QBO showing these fields in invoice forms. How do I enable this?

QBO has just upgraded its "Search" function. I want to search transactions by an exact "Reference number" only, but the results shows a lot of related transactions that I don't need and make me confused. Please help with this

I created the account for the company and now transferred the primary admin role to the owner's account.  I want to log in to Quickbooks Online Accountant for this company account but I read online that I cant if Im a standard user. Please help.

HelloI entered all the accounts of the balance sheet, but because the customer's account is less than the supplier's account, there is a loss in the profit and loss, noting that there is a profit, not a loss.And because the net income is a temporary account, I left the loss as it is, and when I displayed the balance sheet at the beginning of the next year, the retained earnings became correct.Also, when I entered the opening balances of the products, they appeared in the opening balance equity account, which I closed in the retained earnings account.Is all of the above correct, I do not want to explain how to enter the opening balance of the bank. Thank you
