Our existing subscription has end just 2 days and need some time to consider for renewal, may i know how many days the data will remain in system after expiry date?

When your QuickBooks Online subscription expires, you'll get read-only access to your data for a year from the end date. During this time, you can still view, print, and export your reports, though you won't be able to enter new transactions.

After this one-year period ends, your data will be permanently deleted from the system. However, if you decide to renew at any point during this time, you can reactivate your account and pick up right where you left off.
