We have a license of 20 years but when I logged in it is showing canclled compamy

To get around this issue, we’ll need to look into your account and investigate the reason why your account is cancelled. That being said let me direct you to our Support team.

They have the proper tools to securely look into your account and investigate the cause of this. Here’s how to reach them:

1. Go to the (?) Help icon. 
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter a small discussion about your concern, then proceed with Let's talk.
4. Then select Chat.
