I have self employed and they no longer have a search bar. There's a way to pull up a search with a Fn button and I just can't remember. Can someone help me please?

You can open the QuickBooks search tool by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F on a Windows computer or Cmd + Option + F on a Mac. If your keyboard needs the Fn button to use function keys, you can also press Fn + F3 to open the search window.

If you need to find a specific transaction or text that you can already see on your screen, use Ctrl + F (or Cmd + F on a Mac) to open the search bar in your web browser. You can then type in an amount, date, or vendor name to highlight it quickly without having to scroll.
