Question

Trying to add a product or service to an invoice and the little green ‘+’ button isn’t showing up so can’t add anything.

Only just happened tried re installing the app etc and nothing is working

Since a full uninstall and reinstall didn't fix the issue, this points to a deeper technical issue that requires a direct look into your backend data. To resolve this, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team so they can investigate further.

 

In the meantime, you can use your phone's web browser to log into qbo.intuit.com as a temporary workaround to send your urgent invoices.
