How do I set up my invoice to track gst

You'll need to enable GST in QuickBooks Online if you wanted to add GST on your invoices. Here's how to enable GST: 

1. Select GST from the left menu, then select Get started.
2. In the GST section, select the accounting method and BAS lodgement frequency that applies to your business.
3. Tick the tax obligations that needs to be reported.
4. Select Save and finish.
