Have you encounter an error message when submitting the GST summary? It's possible the electronic lodgement is not completed properly. It could be also the ATO have already received the event and that it has been lodged multiple times.

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you submit it to ATO.
