Currently, unlodging a BAS isn't an option in the system. However, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team. They have the facility to undo a lodge BAS and walk you through in modifying it. Before doing so, please note that the support team is closed during Good Friday and Easter Monday. I would like to undo a lodged BAS that I prepared today but i do not have the option in the drop down list. How do I access this?

Hi there

I have contact support 2 times to help me unlodge a BAS. but at both times they have not been able to help me telling me that they were having trouble. Very disappointing.

I am sorry to hear this was the case. Normally unlodging a BAS or IAS over our support channels is a very quick process. Most likely we must of had issues with the system that allows us to make changes in your GST Centre. I have checked with team today you have said we would be able to unlodge your BAS today successfully or when you're ready.
