Is there a list (like the profit and Loss) that lists the catagories with gst factor applied ?

You can customise your Chart of Accounts to see only the GST rate applied on each account and then you can print that report. Please note that GST will only show if you've set a default tax rate on each account. Here's how: 

1. Go to Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Click on the small Gear icon and make sure only GST is ticked. 
3. You can click on the printer icon to print it. 

If you would like to see the GST code selected on your transactions, you can run a report called GST Details Report.
