Is there a report I can run to show expense / journal transactions that also shows the amount excluding GST, the GST and the total including GST ?

Thanks for your enquiry.

There are a couple of reports you can run to find what you're looking for.

Try going to the Reports tab and running these reports:

• Purchases by Product/Service Detail
• Purchases by Supplier Detail

Once in the reports, you can select the little cogwheel icon that's on the reports page to then expand the data shown.

Some of those tick boxes you can select are GST & Taxable Amount. I recommend having a look through all of those options to see if there is maybe something else that you could use.
