When preparing an IAS within our GST centre it is important to first check that your Tax Settings are switched to permit an IAS lodgement to be generated. Please make sure you check by the following steps that this is setup:
Select GST tab
In the top right select Tax Settings
Make sure that your PAYG Withholding is turned on, and that the correct monthly frequency is selected. It is best before continuing that you check all Tax Settings currently match your tax obligations with the ATO
Bare in mind that with the GST centre running sequentially on lodgements you will need to make sure you have lodged first, a quarterly BAS, before a IAS option will be generated. If you find that you have lodged a BAS and confirmed the Tax Settings are correct but the IAS is not preparing, please feel free to reach out to us by clicking here so our support team can have a look.
I am having same issue to get the IAS reports. And there is no WITHOLDING tab as you suggested I need help as you keep changing things in this account interface and LEAVING IT ALONE would be better for all of us instead of having to re learn how to use everything agaion
