We'll have to use a CSV file (QBO) to transfer your Sage Pastel data to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before we start, let me provide you with some information on what you can bring into the program. You can export and then import the following:

 

 

When you're ready, follow these steps to import your lists into the online program. Here's how:

 

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Import data under Tools.
  2. In the Import Data screen, choose the data you wish to import.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Good day, about 3-4 month ago...i was informed that Intuit/ QBO OFFER a migration service.....specifically for Sage Pastel Partner....where one can upload pastel back up file, then there is a dedicated team will complete the migration....that is the contact i am looking for.

I tried to check on our end but didn't find any offer about a migration service for Sage Pastel Partner.

 

If you wish to convert data from Sage Pastel Partner to QuickBooks Online, you can follow the steps provided above. 

 

Otherwise, contact our support team directly or the Pastel Express Suppor Team. They'll be able to guide you through the process to ensure the data is transferred accurately.

Click “Convert from SAGE Pastel”
Enter your email address and contact number on “Guest User”
Upload your backup or enter your SAGE login credentials and click next

It would be best to contact Sage Pastel Partner support for further details about this matter. This is to ensure that there is migration assistance between Sage Pastel Partner and QuickBooks. 

 

Let's also check for any possible suspicious emails. This can sometimes be a scheme to get you to share your personal info. 

 

Here are a few things to look for if you’re not sure an email came from Intuit:

 

  • We’ll never ask for your personal info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.
