How to move from quickbooks simplestart 2013 to quickbooks online

I'm happy to see you here in the QuickBooks Community. I'll share different steps on you can move from QuickBooks Simple Start to other subscriptions or to QuickBooks Online software itself.

If you're referring to move your subscription from a Simple start to Plus or Advanced, this comes with easy steps. I'd be glad to show you how to get this done. You have the option to upgrade your subscription from the Billing and Subscription page.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon and select Account and Settings. 
2. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan. If you don't see it, you’re already using the plan with the most features. 
4. Choose the plan you want, and press on Upgrade.
5. Confirm your payment information and select Save.

However, if you're referring to transfer/move from other software to QuickBooks Online, you'll have to manually import the data or lists. You can open this article to see further details and detailed steps: Import data from other software into QuickBooks Online.

Afaik, Intuit Data Services only offers the free conversion service from QB Desktop 2015-2018 SA version to QB Online SA version.
