Try csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.

You can upload CSVs in either 3-column or 4-column format, as these are the only formats compatible with QuickBooks handles, Dumplings.

 

The 3-column format includes the Date, Description, and Amount column. See the screenshot below for reference:
 

 

While, the 4-column shows the Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.
