Yes, you can absolutely transfer your existing invoices over to your new company file using the Import data feature.
Before doing that, you'll need to log into your old partnership company file to export those invoices to Excel. Here's how:
Hover over to the All apps in the left navigation menu, and click Sales transactions under the Sales & Get Paid drop-down.
Choose Invoices on the Type drop-down, and enter the desired Date range.
Tick the box beside the DATE column to select all transactions. Then, click the Export icon located next to the ACTION column and the Print icon.
Once your invoice transactions are downloaded into Excel, open the file and save/convert it into a CSV file. This is the format required to import it into your new company file.
