In QuickBooks Online (QBO), deleting a product and service is not possible, Dora. However, we can make the product and service inactive.
When you make an account inactive in QBO, all transactions linked to that account are retained, so your financial reports continue to reflect accurate historical data. Once an account is inactivated, it no longer appears in your active lists but remains part of your company’s history and can be accessed if needed.
Here's how to inactive the product:
Select the Sales and choose the Products & services.
Then click on the product items that you want to inactive or remove from your list.
