Hi so im using the quickbooks online for my company accounting so i imported the bank statement but its not showing can anyone please help

There are multiple reasons why your imported bank transactions aren't visible in QuickBooks, finance. Let's examine these factors and troubleshoot as needed to resolve any issues.

When importing transactions in QuickBooks Online, your CSV file should follow the correct format and not exceed 350 KB to ensure a successful process. These data will then be displayed in the For Review tab for categorisation.

Since you can't locate them, note that these entries are organized by the date indicated in the file. Hence, you'll want to sort your list from oldest to latest or vice versa to look for them seamlessly. Here's how:

1. Head to Transactions from the left pane.
2. Select Bank Transactions, then the For Review tab.
3. Click the Date drop-down arrow to sort the date.

To view several financial activities on one page, set the Page Size to 300 from the Gear icon within the For Review page.

Additionally, bank rules can be why entries aren't showing up in the For Review tab, specifically if you've created one and enabled the auto-add feature. They'll be automatically accepted into your books, which can be found in the Categorised tab, as shown in this image:

If the issue persists, you can log in to your account using a private window or other supported browser to prevent errors from corrupted cache files that affect how data are displayed or the importing process. Once signed in, you can upload them again if they're still not showing up in QuickBooks.
