Hi, when i was export data from "tools". The Trial_balance, Profit_and_loss, and Balance_sheet amount is Zero. if you please help? thanks on advance

Joining the discussion to share some more information about exported data from QuickBooks Online.

When you export files outside the program, they are in Protected View. This explains why you're seeing all zero values in Excel. To view the complete data, you must click the Enable Editing option at the top for the worksheet. See this:

After doing that, you'll be able to see the actual amounts from QuickBooks. Here's how it looks like after:
