I am having trouble migrating from desktop to online.. transaction pro doesn't make it easy for me

Welcome to the Community, @terawienterprise. I'll make it easy for you to migrate your data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're having a hard time using Transaction Pro to get your data into QBO, you can bring your data by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your QBDT file as a master admin.
2. Go to Company, then select Export Company File to QuickBooks Online.
3. Select Start your export. If you're using QBDT Enterprise:
   1. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + 1 to open the Product Information window.
   2. Press Ctrl + B + Q, then select OK to display the export window.
   3. On the export window, select Get started.
4. Log in as an admin to your QBO account.
5. Click on Choose online company, and pick the QBO company you want to replace with your company file.
6. Hit Continue.
7. If you track inventory in QBDT:
   • Select Yes to bring them over, then enter the as of date.
   • Select No if you want to set up new items in QBO.
8. Enter Agree in the text field, then select Replace.
9. Tap Yes, go ahead and replace the data, then select Replace.
