I had a catastrophic crash. Reset W10. Need to import QBB and QBW to online. have back ups and 2019 but cannot activate to import from 2019 Desktop. Need help?

When importing your QBDT files to QBO, ensure that both subscriptions have the same regions. However, if they are not for the same regions, you may consider using a third-party app to convert your data.

Additionally, please note that QBO supports specific file formats when importing data. Below are as follows:

• CSV file: A common file format used for text files that contain tabular data. In CSV files, each field of text is separated by a comma, semicolon, or other special character.
• XLS/XLSX file: XLS is the file format of Microsoft Excel 1997-2003. Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer use the XLSX file format.
• Google Sheets: A cloud-based spreadsheet created in Google Drive.
