I have many CSV files (including from Chase) to import my old transactions. QBSE gives the "Darn" error. I have columns "date", "Description", "Amount". What is wrong?

Chase CSV file gives the same error as a file created with Excel and then saved as CSV file. I have used a CSV cleaner suggested by Reddit, same problem. Example: Date Description Amount 5/30/2025 Meals 218.45 6/30/2025 Meals 217.35
