I'm aware of an option of exporting data to Google Drive but I can't figure out how to import it in the target account

Where is your company located?

Hello there, David. Transferring data between QuickBooks Online accounts is possible with the right tools. However, the Google Drive backup in QBO Advanced is only for restoring data within the same account. Let me walk you through the best solution to meet your needs.

To copy your data, the target account must have a subscription to QuickBooks Online Advanced. You can start a trial or subscribe to Advanced, then access the target account using the Add Company button.

At that point, you can use the Create a Copy feature to transfer data between the original account and the target account. These will ensure all transactions, invoices, customers, and other data are migrated efficiently without the need for separate imports.

For detailed instructions on managing company transfers within QBO Advanced, check out this article: Make a copy of your QuickBooks Online Advanced company. It provides everything you need to know about the process.
