2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select between Message an agent and Get a callback.

Just in case you'll need to set up or connect a bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click Bank accounts.
3. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
4. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.

If you can’t find your bank, try searching the URL you used to sign in to your bank. if the same thing happens, your bank may not be supported in QuickBooks Self-Employed. As a workaround, you can import your transactions manually. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the left panel.
2. Choose Imports.
3. Select Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
4. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
5. Tap Import.
