Question

Does anyone else have issues trying to access their QBSE while using Google Chrome browser? Seems this issue happens way too often--works fine with other browsers, though

QBSE seems to work just fine on Safari, Firefox, IE, etc--but it always seems to crash or not open at all while using Google Chrome...

Can we get this bug fixed?

Hi there, @zachmayovo.

A possible browser might have prevented QuickBooks Self-Employed to load the data when opening your account. We have some steps to recommend that can solve browser-related issues when working in QBSE.

First, use an incognito/private browsing session or switch to a different browser. To optimize your QBSE experience, we always have to ensure that your system meets the required requirements to run the program.

If your browser is not yet updated you can still upgrade it if necessary.

If the issue persists, you can also clear out temporary internet files that might have caused the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

Once done, log back in and check if you can already see your data. If you're using the QBSE mobile app, you can uninstall it and reinstall it to refresh the data.

Please know that you're always welcome to swing by anytime if you still have questions or concerns with QBSE. I'll be around to help. Take care and have a good one.
