does qbserverutilitymgr.exe need to bre running all the time?

Hi Gang!

I'm working to find out what services and processes we can monitor to effectively monitor performance in QB

I know qbserverutilitymgr.exe is the GUI for the Server Database Manager. I also know there's several other services and processes that run in the background, such as qbdbmgrn.exe, that relate to the Database manager.

My question is: does qbserverutilitymgr.exe need to constantly be running for QB to work? If not, what processes actually DO need to be running and would be worth monitoring?
