I transfered my QuickBook online to QuickBook desktip Pro 2024. Everything seemed to transfer fine last month. This month, I am no longer able see my Vendor and Customers List. I have run Tool Hub and File Doctor multiple times, but I'm still getting Error 381 and Error 213 that the Tool Hub says it can't fix. Does anyone have any suggestions?!?

Try converting your data to an older version (e,g 2021, 2023) or use the trial version of QB Desktop Enterprise.

Since Tool Hub and File Doctor didn’t help, I recommend performing a clean reinstall of the QuickBooks Desktop program. This can help rule out any problems with the software itself.
