How can I connect my mobile app info this online/computer version? I use the mobile app; Why does it not connect/integrate with the computer app. I see nothing here!

Let me provide some clarifications about using QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Currently, you can only access the account through the mobile app or web browser. For now, the desktop app is solely for QuickBooks Online.

 

You can use this link https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login to log in using your computer. Also, please make sure to use the same credentials to ensure existing data from your mobile phone populates.

 

Since the product is an online platform, any data stored from your mobile app will sync to your browser. In case you're having difficulties, I suggest you proceed with contacting our QuickBooks Support Team.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Web browser: Select Assistant from the top menu.
  • iPhone or iPad: Tap the button on the dashboard, then select Ask QB Assistant.
  • Android: Tap the chat bubble icon on any screen.
