I purchased Quick Books Jan of 2017. I have purchased a new computer. I've downloaded QB pro 2016. The License number is not working 2328-5486-7640-561 product 562-897.
What can I do??

License numbers are year specific, if you purchased 2017 with a license number, then you have to download and install 2017 not 2016

You purchase QB, that gets you a registration number and a download link

if that link does not work - you can go here, use change to get the year and version you need
