Hello there, @leta-comer. I hope you're having a great week so far.

All you'll need to do is convert your Quicken data into a CSV file, then import the file into QuickBooks Online. Once the data goes in, then you can set up Banking Rules to update the transactions to organize your account by Payee and Categories. I've got the perfect Community Article that explains each step in detail on how to transfer Quicken data to QuickBooks Online with ease: Convert a Quicken file into a QuickBooks Online company file

If you hit any bumps along the way, please don't hesitate and reach back out! I'm here if you need me. Have a great rest of your week.

I keep seeing "Export your Quicken data to a file in .csv format", but there is no obvious way to do that from Quicken; CSV is not one of the export format choices.  I started the Trial for QBOL, but can't see an obvious way to get my Quicken Data into it.

@bullmoon

Which Quicken year version do you have?

@leta-comer

Explore to open your Quicken data file on trial license of Quicken 2020, install the trial licene of QuickBooks Pro 2020 to import the file, then migrate it to QB Online. Make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.

Another option, utilize the 3rd party tool to import your CSV data into QBO
