Keep in mind, one QBO account is for one company file. You can utilize the class tracking or location feature on QBO Plus to manage divisions/branches if required.
I agree with Fiat Lux - Asia. If you simply want one QBO company for your three businesses, you may use QuickBooks' class and location tracking feature. This helps you in managing other offices or departments in your business.
Otherwise, follow the steps below if you want to have the three companies under one login credential.
You will be prompted to confirm the account you want to login in with if you are signed into QuickBooks. Click on Yes, that's correct. if the account shown is the one you intend to use for the new company file.
You will be prompted to register for an Intuit account if you haven't signed in recently. If you do not wish to link your new company file to a new account, do not fill this out. Search for Adding a company to an existing account? option instead, then hit the Sign In button. Use the QuickBooks user ID and password you currently have to log in.
