When you use your mobile device to enter transactions (expenses and invoices), QBSE automatically backs up your data to the cloud. Also, the information syncs across all your devices.
If some transactions didn’t show on the website, clear the app data to start on a clean slate. The process differs depending on the device you’re using. Follow the recommended steps in this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.
Next, login into your QBSE account using the web. This time use the incognito mode or private browsing. This allows the program to load as a fresh new page and will remove any error messages or glitches in the system.
Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
If you can now see all the data in your company, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular browser to help the application run better on your computer. Check out this article for detailed instructions: Clear cache and cookies.
