If your subscription is still active, we'll have the option to download the data. Let me guide you with these steps:
Click the Reports tab.
Go to the Mileage log section.
On the Alltime drop-down, select 2019.
Select Download on the View dro-down.
Then, do the same steps for Profit and loss,Receipts, Tag Totals, Tax summary, and Tax details.
If your account has been canceled for more than 365 days, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone support and check to see if we can archive the data. Here's how:
Click the ? Help button and then Contact us.
Enter I need everything I did on this app in 2019.
Click Continue.
