I tried to print a clients bank account and it is trying to print out scrambled

There are multiple factors that can affect printing in QuickBooks, such as alignment settings and the PDF viewer. Let me guide you in performing some troubleshooting steps to fix your printing concerns. 

 

Firstly, let's make sure to update your Adobe Reader to the latest version.

 

If you get the same result, let's try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and Features.
  5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  7. Select Repair, then Next.
  8. Select Install.
  9. When the process is complete, select Finish.
  10. Restart your computer.
