Installing Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 to a new computer

I had Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 on my work and home computer. My home computer just got coffee spilled on it and died. When I try to install a Quickbooks on my new computer it does not allow my license on there.

Is there a way to get it downloaded on my new computer without having to buy another license?

Do you have a license of QBD 2017 for 1 user or else? Make sure you have closed your QuickBooks on your other computer prior to reinstall it on the new one.

I have 1 user. The work program is closed. The other computer it was loaded on completely died. I can't even turn it on. Is there a way to transfer a license or inactivate one you are not using without having access to that computer?
