Question

Is anyone else experiencing the desktop website freezing or crashing after saving a tag? I'm using Google Chrome on a MacBook Air. This happens with Firefox, too.

I tag my income streams at the end of the month.  This happened at the end of last month, and is happening again as of 10/31/22.

Please know this isn’t what I want you to experience with your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. I'd also feel disappointed if I were the one to get in your case.

 

Currently, I see that we have an open investigation with saving tags that cause the website to freeze. In your case, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team. This way, they can attach your account to the investigation ticket and email you updates once our engineers fix the issue with the tags.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Ask general questions if you want to chat or enter Talk to a human.
