Migrating QB Pro 2013 to new PC with out installation CD

I'm getting a new PC and don't have/can't find my install CD for QB pro 2013.  I have the License number and Product ID.  Is there a way to use this information to install on the new PC?

Yes, there is, @apbjr1. We can use your license and product number to download the installation files for QuickBooks Pro 2013 and install them on your new computer. I'll guide you through the process.

It's great that you have your license and product number in hand. Before we proceed with the installation, please ensure your new computer meets the required system requirements to run the software smoothly.

First, the operating system must be Windows XP or a later one. The computer must be 64-bit with at least 2.5 GB hard disk space for the setup and an additional 250 MB during runtime. It should also have at least 2 GB of RAM, a display resolution of at least 1024x768, and a processor speed of at least 2 GHz.

I agree with Chrea that we can download the installer on the new computer. Here's how you can achieve that:

  1. From the Downloads & Updates page, select your country, product, and version.
  2. Click Search, then hit Download.

Additionally, please ensure to register the product to install it successfully on your new computer.

  1. Head to the Help and select Register QuickBooks to start the process.
  2. Once you input your information, Intuit will check the registration status of your QuickBooks copy and record the details for the other computer.

Moreover, you can run a Profit and Loss report to assess your company's profitability. It will also provide insights into the total revenue earned compared to the expenses.

Following the steps above, you can install your QuickBooks on your new computer. We're still here to assist if you encounter any challenges with the process.
