Question

My Home page and client page are not loading in my Quickbooks Self-Employed. It keeps saying "We're fetching your data", how do I fix this?

I have cleared my all cache. I have also tried using a private browser and different computer with no luck.

I appreciate all the steps you've taken to resolve this matter, @lauranskye1-gmail. 

 

I checked on things from our back end and found a current investigation for this concern (INV-80722). With that said, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so you can be added to the investigation. Once you're added, you'll receive email updates and will be notified once it's been resolved. Our engineers are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
