Quick Books Online 3.9.95 will not open
Hi, I have a brand new HP notebook, running Windows 11 Pro. I have logged into the web browser for QuickBooks online, clicked the gear icon, then selected "Get the desktop App". It downloads the installer QuickBooks Advanced Setup, and I can run it to do the install. When I do it places an icon on the desktop. I can run the file and it opens a window saying it is version 3.9.5. At this point a progress bar starts and completes, but the window never changes from the splash screen.
I have tried
- Uninstalling from Installed Apps
- Running as administrator
- removing the folder from local app data
- deleting all browser history
Any thoughts on what I might be missing?
