Thank you for your response Mich_S ... Question: would you be able to click on "set up adobe reader" for me in my account and then I can see if that resolves the issue? I am a sole proprietor and do not have IT support and do not know how to switch from Safari to Goggle Chrome or any of the others you mentioned. I thought Online QBs was compatible with Apple Mac when I purchased it, but I'm wondering if that is accurate. OBTW - I'm not tech literate, other than the basics for my practice (MS Word / Excel / PPT) ... so that makes this task even harder for you "wizards."
