Sage BusinessWorks 2015 to QBO

Everything I read says I need to use a 3rd party to do the data conversion.  To do it by hand the major problem appears to be getting from BW 2015 to Sage50 and then using QBs conversion tool.  Sage offers a 30 day demo. Anyone use this to update your backup to Sage50, or is this an entirely different version, or does not have this capability?
