I have checked our records, Userscruta. I haven't seen any cases the same as yours. Let's get this fixed.

 

We'll have to update the QuickBooks Self-Employed app. It'll help us download the new updates and critical app fixes. Here's how:

  1. On your device, open Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Select the menu icon.
  3. Go to My apps & games.
  4. Select the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, then click Update.

Once done, take a photo of the receipt again.

 

If you're still encountering the same message, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. It'll help you refresh it.
