Sync with Etsy

First, let's determine which QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription you currently have.

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Under the PROFILE column, choose Subscriptions and billing.
3. Review the subscription details listed for your QBO account.

I'm happy to inform you that there are currently no reported problems with importing your transactions from Etsy into QuickBooks Online. Additionally, reaching out to Etsy to ensure that everything is functioning properly on their end might be beneficial as well.

Once added, you can then categorize these transactions and allocate them to the appropriate schedule C and expense categories as per the instructions in these articles:
