Why does the QuickBooks SE app keep ending a trip every time I make a brief stop for gas, etc? Other apps, such as Motus, have a user-selectable delay.

When you turn on auto-tracking in the QBSE app, the system automatically detects and tracks everything from start to finish. We take customer suggestions as opportunities to improve the various features of our products. Therefore, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations.

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team to help improve your experience while using the program. Please log into your QBSE account using a browser to perform the following: 

1. Go to the Invoices menu.
2. Open a new or existing invoice, then select the Feedback option.
3. Type in your recommendation in the What did you think? field.
4. Click Next.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
