VAT return

2. Confirm permissions are active in QuickBooks and HMRC

Aside from that, let's also grant authority from the tax settings to re-authorise the MTD connection. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and Settings.
2. Tap the Advanced tab. Then, click the pencil icon in the Making Tax Digital section.
3. Select Learn how to connect.
4. Log in with your HMRC credentials. 
5. Click Grant Authority.
6. Perform the next steps to complete the authorisation.
