To start, let's verify that the items are not inactivated and ensure that you're logged in to the correct QBO account. If they are set to inactive status, you can't view them on the list. With that, I'll show you how to change it to active.
Select the Sales menu and choose Products and services.
From there, click the small gear icon.
Next, check the Include inactive box.
If verified, just select the Make Active button to inactivate them again.
