Can not preview an invoice on the mobile app

Hello there. I understand the importance of resolving this matter as soon as possible. I'm here to share information about the invoice preview in QuickBooks Online mobile app.

The option to preview invoices on the mobile app is currently unavailable. If you still want to preview the invoice with your phone, you can go to your mobile browser, put it in a desktop view, and log in to your company file. Then please refer to the steps below to preview an invoice in a browser.

1. Go to the Sales menu on the left navigation bar.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Choose the invoice you want to preview.
4. At the bottom of the invoice, click Print or Preview.
5. Then select Close once done.
