The ability to cancel the sales receipt sent to customers is unavailable at this time. Keep in mind that once you email the transaction, your customer will automatically receive it.
However, you can void the sales entry In QuickBooks Online (QBO). Afterward, create a new one and email it to your customer with the accurate details.
Let's navigate to the All Sales screen to void the transaction. Here's how:
In your company, head to the Sales menu on the left panel and select All sales.
Look for the sales receipt you're working on from the list.
Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column and select Delete.
