Every time that I create an invoice I need to select for the field [Amounts are] "Inclusive of Tax" as the default value is "Exclusive of Tax", can I change this default setting?

Hello Charles,

Here's how we can easily change the default tax rate selection in QuickBooks Online:

  1. In the upper right corner, click the Gear icon ().
  2. Select Account and Settings and go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Under the Accounting section, select Inclusive of Tax in the Default tax rate selection field.
  4. Click Save and Done.

You can also use the screenshot below for your reference.

Feel free to drop by again if you need anything.

What happens if the Default Tax Rate field is missing in the account settings altogether? I can't find that field in the settings at all.
